Return Policy- Great time and care is put into selecting each item. Sold on Necessories Boutique. We aim to provide our customers with products of good quality, therefore all sales are final.
If your items are damaged during transit please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package. Please provide a picture of the defective item with a brief description with 48hrs. *Please note items that are damaged as a result of misuse, or wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.
Processing Time- Please allow up to 2 business days for the processing of your order. If the item is a Pre Order item please allow 2/3 weeks for the item to arrive, and to be processed.
Shipping Policy- Allow 3-7 business days for delivery depending upon shipping speed that is selected at checkout. All packages are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. Once USPS receives the package, please contact them with any concerns. If your item is returned back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address there will be a redelivery fee associated with shipping your item back to you. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. If you selected Expedited shipping the processing time of 3 days.
